OEM End-of-Grind Blend Radius

A key feature of the 465 is an ability to produce the blend radius that is engineered into all new blades. This unique patented feature minimizes blade stress that can be common with other rotary blade grinding systems and produces a blend-out that is consistent, safe, and effective.

Built-in Blade Balancing System

This one-and-only blade balancing design features a lever release that allows for the heavy end of the blade to drop, and when relocked, grinding more on the heavy end is easily done to produce a properly balanced blade

Height Adjustment & Angle Adjustment Feature

This design allows the grinding head to be adjusted to provide clearance with the various airfoil “lift” designs on the rotary blades.
A pivot design allows for angle adjustments to match the OEM specification for the correct grind angle.

Center Hole “Quick Connect Cone”

With the push of a button, a cone-shaped mount slides on a threaded stud to securely mount the blade’s center hole in the mounting fixture.

Blend Radius Relief Slide Bar
