A Message From Foley CEO, Paul Rauker

Dear Foley Partners and Customers:

First and foremost we hope everyone is healthy and ensuring you are taking the necessary steps to protect yourself, your family and friends. Here at Foley Company we are not shy in telling everyone that our employees are our #1 asset and we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that the Foley team and their families are taken care of during this difficult time. We also care greatly about you as our partner in this wonderful industry in which relationships are so important not only from a business standpoint but on a personal level as well.

We have received numerous emails and calls asking what our current status is at Foley and we wanted to let everyone know that during the past 18 months we have invested in an infrastructure that is geared to work/life balance. This investment and culture that has been developed is now enabling Foley to remain up and running with our office employees primarily working from home to ensure we are limiting exposure at our global headquarters. While we realize our factory workers cannot work from home we have created a plan over the last 45 days that enables our factory workers to work with safe distances as well as 2nd shift times to allow those with younger children or elders they may care for a flexible option of maintaining their income and benefits. We also have created an Angel fund which we will make available to employees who come across severe hardships. The military motto of “no man or woman left behind” is truly our culture and belief.

Customer service is fully functional and ready to assist so do not hesitate to contact Greg Laschansky or Vince Thomley at 715-426-5151 or customerservice@foleyco.com. During this time small time delays may be experienced in shipping product or parts, but we are committed to getting shipments out to you as fast as the shipping companies allow.

Again, our primary focus is on our employees and you as our partners in keeping everyone safe and supporting the economy as much as we can by staying in the game. During this time please let us know if there is anything else we at Foley can do to help.

Best wishes to everyone and we look forward to shaking hands again in the near future.
