Primary Focus

Foley is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. We are in search of a highly creative, passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist who will play a strategic role in guiding the growth of our company’s brands.


At Foley, we specialize in the design and manufacture of top-notch turf care products for the golf and turf & recreation industries. These products are marketed worldwide through our extensive network of distributors. While prior knowledge and experience in golf/turf equipment is not mandatory, it would be a significant advantage.



Responsibilities & Skills

Social Audit + Strategy Development:

  • Conduct analysis of current social media presence, evaluating platform performance, content, and engagement metrics with a focus on developing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive business goals, increase brand awareness, and encourage engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the social media strategy.


 
 

Platform Management:

  • Manage social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Threads
  • Schedule and maintain a predetermined social media posting calendar
  • Implement and maintain sound social media SEO tactics aligned with keyword and SEO strategies.


Content Strategy + Creation:

  • Collaborate to create a consistent content calendar, ensuring alignment with other marketing campaigns.
  • Generate engaging content across various social media platforms, including copy, images, graphics, and video content.


Analytics + Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Video Editing and Production
  • Other duties as assigned


Desired Experience + Skills

  • Proficient knowledge in social SEO best practices including keywording and optimization
  • Strong copywriting, graphic design, and digital communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Strong eye for design and ability to adhere/uphold brand standards
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Experience in social media marketing
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Vimeo & YouTube
