Registration Form Foley Company Limited Warranty Foley Company, LLC machines are designed to provide many years of reliable and trouble-free service when properly installed used and maintained. THE FOLLOWING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Foley Company, LLC warrants that its machines will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of up to 2 years from the date of delivery to the end user when the machine is completely registered on-file at Foley Company, LLC. This registration can be completed on-line at www.foleyco.com/register . If Foley Company, LLC has no warranty registration on file, then the warranty is six months from the Foley Company, LLC documented manufacturing date. Foley Company, LLC will repair or replace any defect found due to faulty material or manufacturing workmanship. Warranty work will be performed either in the user’s site, or at the option and expense of Foley Company, LLC the part or complete unit may be returned to Foley Company, LLC for servicing. Foley Company, LLC shall not be responsible for damage caused by misuse, careless handling, improper maintenance, shipping damage, acts of God or where repairs have been made or attempted by others. Foley Company, LLC reserves the right to make changes in design, construction, or materials on all machines and products without notice. No one other than an officer of Foley Company, LLC acting in writing is authorized to assume any liability on behalf of Foley Company, LLC or impose any obligation upon it in connection with the sale of any product other than what is stated above.
